Step One - Draw design onto tracing paper and cut out.

Step two - Wet face and apply tracing paper with design onto face.

Step three - Apply a wet cloth onto tracing paper

Step four - Peel tracing paper off and see if design has transferred 

Step five - Go over design with eyeliner
